HI! I am a survivor of hundreds of abuse assaults, from human trafficking, to torture and sexual trauma, and mental forms of abuse, such as constantly living in unsafe environments, experiencing years of extreme sadness, and being forced to withdraw inside myself when no safety or protection was available; both as a child and much later as suppressed memories resurfaced with a vengence nearly destroying me.
Now, as an entrepreneur in the field of understanding trauma, healing from our traumatic wounds, and leveraging our challenging experiences in life to our advantage, I have applied the lessons learned from these experiences to develop thought-provoking speeches, processes for personal growth, and healing sessions designed to open the doors to our past experiences, leverage these personal and emotional lessons, and lift the burdens that have held us back from our true potential.
I have lived as an artist, composer, and author, and I use these creative skills to open doors into the unseen world of your mind. I have successfully faced and re-lived hundreds of highly traumatic experiences, fought my way through these experiences to create safe environments for my “little Jimmis,” as I call them, eliminated the held trauma, healed those wounds, and leveraged those experiences to regain my personal peace and power.

I have developed three action-driven sessions to inform, move you to action, and heal those wounds. I’ll teach you how to dig deep into your stories and uncover your powers to heal and live without fear. It takes hard work, and hard work in the right direction is where growth occurs, so let me point you in that right direction.
Session 1 - Expressing Emotions
We begin by exploring the fascinating world of your unconscious mind, learning to peek into the shadows and uncover what lies within, and gain an understanding of just how unhealed wounds can remain in our mind and nervous system, adversely affecting our peace.
I’ll guide you through a simple exercise in creating artistic expressions with a pencil on paper, requiring no prior art training. Little children draw this way, and I will explain and guide you down that creative path. We will explore stories from your past that left traumatic wounds in you.
I will guide you, instruct you, and train you to express your stories by drawing them on paper, focusing on the story and emotion rather than your ability to draw. It still amazes me how personal each drawing is and how the emotion and story in the artwork strongly come through. These emotions are the keys that will empower you to heal those wounds.
Session 2 - The Noble Little You
Trauma can cause a disconnection from yourself and from others leaving pieces of you that are left behind, unsure of what to do. Those terrible events, now frozen in time, often produce many fractured versions of you; unconnected wounded selves that leave an emptiness in you that many fill with addictions and other activities that may be related to the cruelty of the past that was heaped upon you. They are stuck, and you will learn how to help release them with love and compassion.
Here, we carve out paths in your life, open doors into your unconscious, and peek into the fantastic world of heroic stories within yourself. The little you who experienced such abuse survived the way it did because it was noble, courageous, and strong at the time. We will go back to those little ones and remind them that they are little heroes who can now safely let go of the burdens they so courageously held onto because it was necessary at the time for their protection. You can help rescue them, help them unburden the weights they so nobly held onto, and use their added courage in your life.
Session one can be hard work, while session two can be absolutely magical and amazing, and reveal how incredible we humans can become.
Session 3 - A New Relationship
The number one thing an abused child wants is safety. Now that these little versions of you are unfrozen, unburdened, and safe, you will begin a new relationship with the many little versions of you, each representing a moment in your past when you were abused. This is where the exciting and ongoing work takes place. Fears and anxieties that you have had in your system can now be replaced with courage and bravery. These healed and unburdened little heroes can add their courage to yours, giving you strength to conquer your fears. Life’s challenges don’t get any easier, but your courage can increase, and your heroic journey can become very exciting and honorable.

About the Art
I am collecting the drawings of specific clients who have told their stories about their noble little selves. If you choose to participate, these heroic stories will be told in several books & museum exhibits. Often, others may lean on your courage to walk this heroic journey for themselves. Many people who carry wounds of trauma prefer to live with the anxieties, fears, panics, physical pains, etc., rather than face their dragons and conquer their fears. Your art and stories can help them.
A Note About Wounds
Simply put, trauma means wound—primarily mental wounds which can have adverse effects upon your nervous system, and your body in general. Consider how stress can negatively impact your gut health. A trauma wound can result in what we call anxiety, which results in stress hormones that pump through your gut and can cause a multitude of illnesses.
But there is more. These wounds are open, sore, and unhealed. Each time that anxiety or panic (name the emotion) occurs, that wound is being aggravated and not allowed to heal. Often these wounds are the result of neglect, lack of love, anger, abandonment, criticism, and even abuse, etc., and were inflicted upon us in our childhood. Also, these wounds are stored in our unconscious mind. They can be playing a loop over and over, resulting in the same painful situations (surfaced anxiety) that keep manifesting. You may encounter different faces and places, but the same emotional wound keeps playing out in your conscious life.
Think about it as your unconscious mind knocking on the door of your conscious mind. Or that your hidden wounds (unconscious) are trying to get your (conscious) attention like echoes from the past, hoping and even demanding that you notice them. I can help you through the journey of identifying those wounds, finding them, understanding the wounded child who received them, seeing and inviting that child through love back into a safe environment, and healing these open wounds.
