Part of a promotion that Fringe Gallery in Salt Lake City, USA was putting together. They asked a few artists if they wanted to participate; I said yes of course and the rest is what it is. I was provided with 2 bison skulls that were cast out of white plaster, and no other instructions. Because much of my painting process involves very liquid paint, I had to do a small section, let that dry, then turn the skull a bit and do another section, and so on. It took a lot of days doing just that but it ended well. I definitely prefer a flat surface to work on.
